Graphic Design Assistant - 20 Hours per Week

We are an eCommerce company, well-established since 1995. **If you have an eye for organizing images, written content and graphics into a captivating digital design for branded products, you would be a great addition to our Creative Development Team as the Graphic Design Assistant. Collaborate with the Graphic Design Manager daily to co-develop the graphic designs and get direction for all facets of the job. **We do not require a graphic design degree for this position as long as:** • You have a creative mindset and keen eye for creating captivating designs • You have Intermediate/Advanced level in Adobe Photoshop (Collages, Photo Editing, Retouching, Enhancing, Transposing, Converting) • You can correspond professionally with our brand partners via email/phone/zoom to keep projects progressing from development through deadlines • You work well in a small team and are self-directing & task-driven • You keep all work, digital assets and projects well-organized daily **We will train:** • Amazon Seller Central: A+Content, Amazon Branded Storefronts, Amazon Image Gallery (Modules, Manage, Keywords, Optimize existing work, Resolve issues) • Upkeep the Image Galleries at our website (Edit/convert all image assets for product listings as needed via Magento) • Create custom graphics, stickers, card inserts, posters, and marketing fliers • Video Editing in iMovie (slides, transitions, music, collage, thumbnails) • Photography (Take photos; rarely needed) **Other Requirements:** • Mac OS knowledge (Navigate comfortably and swiftly) • Minimum Typing: 50 wpm • Working knowledge of Excel (To track work tasks hourly into spreadsheet template; Create comparison charts) • Ability to organize a plethora of digital assets and written content into marketable designs • Quality Control (Ensure projects and designs make logical sense, proof-read and double-check daily work) • Correspondence (Keep manager aware of progress, issues, status of project queue and more. e.)
