Graphic Design Assistant

If you live in the USA in Pacific Time or Mountain Time, that is the first criteria being considered to WORK REMOTELY with our company. **If you can create captivating digital designs, have a natural inclination for keeping digital files ultra-organized, a knack for well-written content, and can verbally present slide presentations on occasion, you would be a great addition to our team as the Creative Development Specialist (aka: Graphic Design Assistant). **We do not require a graphic design degree for this position as long as:** • You have a creative mindset and keen eye for creating captivating designs • You have Intermediate/Advanced level in Adobe Photoshop (Collages, Photo Editing, Retouching, Enhancing, Transposing, Converting) • You can correspond professionally with our brand partners via email/phone/zoom-video to keep projects progressing from development through deadlines • You work well in a small team and are self-directing & task-driven • You keep all work, digital assets, and projects well-organized **We will train:** • Amazon Seller Central: A+ Content, Storefronts, Bullets, Image Gallery, Listing Titles & troubleshooting (80% of the job) • Develop PowerPoint decks and present to our brand partners via Zoom Video Conference • Assist other departments with all their graphic design requests • Video Editing using Adobe Premiere Pro • Photography (Take photos; rarely needed) **Other Requirements:** • Mac OS knowledge (Navigate comfortably and swiftly) • Minimum Typing: 50 wpm • Working knowledge of Excel (To track work tasks hourly into spreadsheet template) • Ability to organize a plethora of digital assets and written content into marketable designs • Quality Control (Ensure projects and designs make logical sense, proof-read, and double check daily work) • Correspondence (Keep manager aware of progress, issues, status of project queue and more.
