Located in the Temescal district of Oakland, Clars Auction Gallery is the West Coast's largest full service Fine Art & Antique Auction Gallery. We are currently seeking a full time Graphic Designer. Responsibilities include: • Design print & web advertisements, while maintaining company brand identity • Collaborate with marketing team and department heads to design monthly direct mail campaigns • Manage company website, taking into account appearance and content relevant to upcoming auctions • Work in conjunction with photography team to schedule and organize featured item shots • Coordinate with website developer to enhance performance and functionality of the site • Edit photography as needed for website, social media, and print • Maintain and organize digital assets QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field • Minimum of 2 years graphic design experience • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) • Strong understanding of graphic design principles • Portfolio of work examples (please provide website link) • Basic understanding of DSLR cameras & lighting equipment If interested, please reply by including a current resume and examples of your work.
