QUALIFICATIONS \\- Degree is preferred, but good experience in a similar position could prove sufficient \\- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator \\- Experience with video editing software \\- Social Media experience \\- Experience with Web design and coding \\- XM experience preferred but not required \\- Proficient with computers and Microsoft programs \\- Outstanding problem solving skills \\- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently \\- Flexibility to adapt to all situations and work varied hours; possibly working weekends or evenings \\- Must demonstrate a positive "can do" attitude and a curious mind ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited) • Coding the site's navigation • Designing buttons and other controls for the site • Fixing any functionality issues, including the removal of "dead links" and incorrect images or data • Updating and maintaining website • Making backup files of the site • Marketing • Social media maintenance • Taking pictures and editing • Yearly catalog • Sales flyers • New product flyers • Graphics and artwork for new product packaging discrepancies • Special tasks and projects as required from time to time
