Graphics & Marketing Specialist

Creates visual promotional and marketing materials, internal signage and collateral for projects, programs, and initiatives for North Coast Co-op. • Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment • Prepare materials for Co-op giveaways. • Communicate project status to appropriate parties on a regular basis • Travel between stores and to event and other off-site locations to take photos/videos as necessary for advertising/social media, to deliver completed signs or • Attend events as necessary to work as a member of the Marketing & Membership Team • Assist in creation of and operate within departmental budget • Meet deadlines as specified • Works collaboratively with other members of our Marketing, Membership and Merchandising Team to assist in the realization of mutual goals • Attends all Marketing & Membership and Marketing, Membership & Merchandising meetings • Participates in Open Book Management • Attends collaborative meetings and trainings as necessary • Experience in graphic design and production, as well as illustration. • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or listen.
