Guest Services Associate

Starting pay is $12.00 per hour with room to grow. Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition and BODIES…The Exhibition are immediately seeking several part time retail/guest services/photography personnel for our venue in Las Vegas, NV. RESPONSIBILITIES: Cross trained to retail, photo, guest services, and ticketing as follows: · Sell retail merchandise and souvenirs · Perform cash drawer handling and reconciliation · Capture photos of guests to commemorate their experience · Initiate picture purchase transactions · Up-sell to customers as needed · Help enhance the visitors’ experience · Assist customers to purchase ticket; sell audio tours and special event tickets · Answer telephone calls, provide information on events, assist patrons with information and takes ticket orders REQUIREMENTS: · Evening and weekend shift work · High school diploma or equivalent preferred · Strong retail experience a plus · One year of customer service or relevant experience · Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures preferred · Experience with cash management principles and/or procedures · Ability to sit or stand for more than two hours · Experience or interest in photography COVID-19 considerations: We follow all CDC Guidelines.
