Position Overview As the part-time Social Media and Marketing Coordinator of Naza Beauty, you will manage our social media channels by curating engaging content in a strategic way that leads to brand awareness and community growth. If you are a hard- working self-starter with a passion for beauty and growing social media accounts, this role is for you! Who You Are: You’re fluent in social media. Responsibilities: Account Management Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand image Immerse yourself in the brand’s “voice” in order to represent Naza Beauty in a consistent manner across all social media channels Plan social media content and copy using a post scheduler to maintain a robust social media presence across TikTok, IG, Pinterest. Execute social media strategy by assisting in the creation of engaging content, including photography, videography, and copywriting for captions Identify and anticipate social media trends for the brand to participate in or put its own spin on Create engaging and unique digital content through graphics, captions, stories, reels, and TikTok Visit the salon and offices to produce live social media content on a regular basis Create Process for on- site salon team to produce daily content to add to your content calendar Misc: Maintain confidentiality and understand the sensitive nature of our work in order to maintain brand integrity Assist with lead gen collection and email marketing as appropriate Qualifications: 2+ years of social media experience in a professional environment 1+ years experience managing social media channels and/or campaigns Bachelor’s degree with a major or concentration in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or similar Must be able to accept and offer constructive criticism and feedback Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently Superior verbal, written, copy editing, and proofreading skills Experience with social media reporting tools such as Iconosquare, Google Analytics, Curalate, and more Understanding of social media KPI Enjoys working with a fun team!
