ABOUT THE POSITION We’re seeking a logistics expert to oversee our entire supply chain for our growing Fleur & Bee brand. 1) Qualifications • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast- paced environment • Thorough understanding of company products and logistics • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive application counterparts • Able to navigate, operate and garner insights from Shopify and other SaaS- based platforms. • Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in production/inbound • Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company • Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies • Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements • Participates as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials • Managing the interface with 3PL and key Shopify applications e.g. new item set up, agreeing min/max stock levels, promotion, and launch readiness • Ensuring delivery time commitments are met to customers, including holding vendors accountable for SLA adherence.
