About you: I’m seeking an amazingly skilled and collaborative pastry chef or baker who can begin at the bakery early-mid September and is available for product tests (which I will compensate you for) in the next 1-3 weeks. Once the bakery gets off the ground, you will begin expanding the menu as you go, help bring on new team members to run the kitchen and shipping operations, and ultimately serve as a GM of the kitchen and bakery. I would love to grow this concept into a brick and mortar store (and eventually several), so in an ideal scenario, you would only grow with Flour & Branch and lead the full bakery operation. *Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and health standards.
