The ideal candidate will bring an advanced understanding of lighting, composition, and photography techniques while managing the scheduling, training, and growth of team photographers. As Head Photographer, you will oversee equipment management, budget maintenance, and hiring, while continuously seeking advanced industry knowledge to bring cutting-edge techniques back to the team. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Lead Photographer, Senior Photographer, or similar role • Extensive knowledge of photography, lighting, and editing techniques • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Creative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovation
