** * * * **Fotografiska** Anything but an ordinary museum, in 2010 Fotografiska was founded in Stockholm and in late 2019 opened its newest outpost in a treasured, historic landmark building in NYC’s Flatiron District. Reporting into the CultureWorks Food & Beverage Leadership team and Fotografiska General Manager, the role oversees all aspects of the wine department, including the training and management of the Sommelier team, curating and updating the wine program, developing and instilling service excellence. * Supply expert knowledge of the wine program, ensure the quality of all product, superior storage and service methods, while following and keeping to all local, state, and federal laws relating to alcohol service and consumption. * Oversee all Management team’s implementation of the wine program training for Bar and Floor staff across the venue. * Assist the Verōnika General Manager with recruitment, the establishment of operating systems and the onboarding and set up of training schedules with new staff.
