Asheville Dispensary is seeking quality help to assist with our Herbal Elixir and Coffee Bar, located in our flagship store on Haywood Rd. in West Asheville. You’d be keeping bar operations running smoothly while crafting artful herbal elixirs, coffee/espresso drinks & mocktails from our award- winning selection (check out the menu at avldispensary.com). We are looking for someone who can work closely with our Bar Specialist to shape our bar’s evolution so that it becomes an even more inviting, interesting and delicious place for people to patronize. Requirements: \\- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude, a passion for helping people and a desire to be part of our company for the long term / grow with us \\- Two+ years bartender and/or barista experience desired \\- Familiarity with plant medicine / herbalism required \\- Data tracking and inventory experience desired \\- Extensive knowledge of the Hemp plant and CBD products a major plus \\- Self motivated, outgoing, personable and able to work with others as well as eventually operating the store solo for certain opening and closing shifts \\- Experience working special events a major plus \\- Ability to lift up to 30-lb.
