High-Quality Photography Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Photographer to join our team and help us capture high-quality media for real estate properties. About the Job This is a part-time position involving driving between job sites, capturing media, and culling and uploading images. Photographers will work independently, but occasional collaboration with other team members may be required. Key Responsibilities • Capture professional still photography, listing videos, 3D or 360 virtual tours, drone photography & videos, and social media videos for properties • Utilize advanced photography techniques and equipment to showcase unique property features • Coordinate with clients to understand their specific photography needs and expectations • Provide guidance and direction to clients during photography sessions • Create captivating rich media experiences using proprietary technology • Ensure all photographs meet brand guidelines and accurately represent properties • Manage and maintain photography equipment • Organize and upload captured media, meeting deadlines and appointment punctuality • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate photography Requirements • Ability to learn company processes and computer systems • Experience capturing high-quality photography, preferably exterior and interior real estate photos, real estate videos, 3D tours, and drone media • Deep understanding of photography fundamentals using DSLR/Mirrorless systems • Valid driver's license and ability to drive within a 60+ mile radius of city center • Internet upload speed of at least 15 Mbps is strongly preferred
