Overview

Iron City Studios is seeking reliable, professional team members to join us for our 2026 Senior Season. This is a high-energy, client-facing role focused on delivering an exceptional experience for students and families.

We are not just looking for creative photographers—we are looking for individuals who are organized, dependable, and great with people. Our team operates in a fast-paced, structured environment where professionalism, communication, and teamwork are critical.

No prior photography experience is required—we will train the right candidates.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS (Please Read Before Applying)

Must be available for mandatory training June 1–3
Must be available to work consistently through August 15
Must have reliable transportation
Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and communication

What You’ll Do

Photograph high school seniors in a studio environment
Create a comfortable, positive experience for every client
Work closely with team members to maintain efficient session flow
Set up and break down camera and lighting equipment
Maintain organization and attention to detail throughout each session
Represent Iron City Studios professionally with students, parents, and school staff

High level of reliability and accountability
Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to learn and be coached

Bonus (Not Required)

Previous photography experience
Experience working with teens or in customer-facing roles

Position Details

Seasonal: June – August 15
Full-time hours during peak season
Some evenings and weekends required
Opportunity for long-term or year-round position for top performers

Additional Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Must be able to work on-site in the Birmingham area

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
