Overview
Iron City Studios is seeking reliable, professional team members to join us for our 2026 Senior Season. This is a high-energy, client-facing role focused on delivering an exceptional experience for students and families.

We are not just looking for creative photographers—we are looking for individuals who are organized, dependable, and great with people. Our team operates in a fast-paced, structured environment where professionalism, communication, and teamwork are critical.

No prior photography experience is required—we will train the right candidates.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS (Please Read Before Applying)

Must be available for mandatory training June 1–3Must be available to work consistently through August 15Must have reliable transportationMust be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and communicationWhat You’ll Do

Photograph high school seniors in a studio environmentCreate a comfortable, positive experience for every clientWork closely with team members to maintain efficient session flowSet up and break down camera and lighting equipmentMaintain organization and attention to detail throughout each sessionRepresent Iron City Studios professionally with students, parents, and school staffWhat We’re Looking For

Strong people skills—you enjoy interacting with students and familiesProfessional communication and demeanorAbility to follow systems and direction (very important)Team-oriented mindset—you work well in a structured environmentHigh level of reliability and accountabilityAbility to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced settingWillingness to learn and be coachedBonus (Not Required)

Valid driver’s licenseAbility to pass background check and drug screeningMust be able to work on-site in the Birmingham areaWork Location: In person
