They will work side by side with me to learn their tasks and responsibilities, such as cataloging and listing items for sale, inventory organization, shipping, and customer pickup, etc. My goal would be for this person to learn every aspect of the business, so that by early spring (March/April) they will be able to be the first full-time manager for our retail location. This is, of course, a paid position and pay will start off between $15-$20/hr depending on relevant experience and abilities. This is where you will be working until we find a new retail location. Order Parts & Basic Repairs – A lot of times we will get a product with a broken or missing part (lamp with a broken shade, ladder with a broken foot, etc.)
