Position: Personal Assistant to Sales Consultant of a Franchise Dealership Hours: Mon-Sat(Every other Saturday) 8:30AM-6PM Pay: $1100 to $2200 Monthly Salary (Depending On Experience) Job Summary: Full-time Personal Assistant This individual will report directly to Winnsboro Dodge 4567 Front St., Winnsboro, LA 71295 immediately upon being hired. Responsibilities will vary from day to day. The work schedule is flexible: Mon.-Sat. (every other Saturday) from 8:30am to 6pm QUALIFICATIONS: -Organized -Detail Oriented -Social Media Savvy -Can Drive & Has Access to A Car -HIGH PERFORMANCE UNDER PRESSURE -Willingness to Commit to Winnsboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Principles Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)****: -Basic Photography Skills/Filming short videos of vehicles(Will Train) -Answering leads that will come from FACEBOOK and/or Instagram(Will Train) -Putting information into Organizing Apps (for example: Asana, CRMs and other applications)[Will Train] -Making calls to leads turning them into buying customers for the dealership[Will Train] -Social Media Management -Errands ****This is a position that requires hard work and dedication. Some responsibities or duties will be assigned as the need for their fulfillment arises.
