**Social Media & Content Associate - Newtown Sq** Insomnia Cookies * Interface with customers on direct and public messaging channels, providing the utmost customer service experience. * At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager * Bachelor's degree * Experience in reporting, research and administrative writing skills * Strong writing, editing and copy-editing abilities a must with the ability to understand and evolve the brand voice * Strong understanding of layout and print design * Have a keen attention to detail, thoroughness and organization * Some photography knowledge * Adobe Creative suite experience is a plus * Experience with social media advertising (Facebook & Twitter Ads Manager) a plus * This is an in-office position located in Newtown Square, PA Insomnia Cookies, a rapidly growing late night bakery is seeking to fill a crucial role in the marketing department. The Social Media & Content Associate will assist in the three disciplines of the Marketing Department: Advertisements & Analytics, Social Media & Content, and Events & Promotions, with a strong focus on original content creation and electronically mediated customer and brand communication via social media.
