As part of the internationally renowned photography museum from Stockholm, Fotografiska. The multi concept space includes a restaurant named **Veronika** a nod to Veronica, the patron saint of photography. Inspired by the grand cafes that populated London, Paris and Vienna before the turn of the 20th century, the menu draws inspiration from France, Austria and Eastern Europe, prioritizing seasonality and sustainability through local sourcing. _We offer: An opportunity to work with/learn from a motivated skilled team. ****To Apply, click the link below: Sous Chef Application **_Qualified Sous Chefs will have:_** * 2-3+ years' of leadership experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine or * Executive Sous Chef in a well-rated restaurant * Prior experience and success in running expo in a busy kitchen * Strong administrative skills and prior experience managing the purchasing and scheduling aspects of a kitchen * Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, teach, and coach restaurant employees * A minimum of an Associate's degree from a culinary school/university - preferred * Ability to support the line during service while managing transition from prep to service * Experience with French and/or Nordic cuisine is preferred _Veronika is an equal opportunity employer.
