About the position The Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer position at Cherry Hill Programs is a temporary, part-time role focused on providing exceptional guest service during holiday events. Associates will engage with customers, take photographs, and ensure a smooth operation of photo services, contributing to memorable experiences for families and children. Responsibilities • Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience , • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs , • Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively , • Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers , • Operate POS system and photography equipment , • Maintain a safe and clean working environment , • Complete all other tasks as assigned Requirements • Must be at least 16 years of age , • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds , • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time , • Positive attitude and strong work ethic , • Team player who can work independently , • Good interpersonal and communication skills , • Comfortable greeting and working with families and children , • Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses , • Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays , • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
