Must be 16 years or older Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home Photography experience not required Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers Operate POS system and photography equipment Maintain a safe and clean working environment All other tasks as assigned Our Assistant Local Manager Will Also Must be 18 years or older Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies Assist LM with preparations for the opening day including hiring completion, inventories, equipment setup/testing, staff scheduling and training, and learning proper opening/closing procedures Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home Photography experience not required Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by senior management Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed Assist Local Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training and/or recruiting All other duties as assigned What We're Looking ForPositive attitude and strong work ethic Team player who can work independently Comfortable greeting and working with families and children Good interpersonal and communication skills Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling Professional attire and good hygiene are a must Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed Knowledge, Experience & SkillPrevious retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time What Else Can You ExpectA fun, fast paced, and passionate environment Career advancement opportunities Referral program One free photo package for friends and family per staff member Must be used 2 weeks before the close of each season This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
