The perfect applicant has 2+ years of experience as a portrait photographer and knows how to operate a camera in Manual mode, troubleshoot on the spot and be amiable, respectful and patient as you will be working with mostly kids. Qualities of a strong candidate: • Minimum 18 years of age, with high school diploma or equivalent experience • Detail oriented • Sales experience • Bilingual/multi lingual • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Knowledge of photography, photo editing and posing • Sense of urgency as we will be seeing several families back to back • Punctuality to be ready for work as soon as your shift begins • Understanding that this type of position requires a large amount of responsibility to the families coming to take pictures Payrate starts at $17.00+ per hour dependent on your experience. There is a bonus involved with team members that excel and complete the full term of employment to the conclusion of the season (December 31st). Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
