We are a residential property management company with properties in Tampa. We currently have a full-time position for a Home Inspector / Field Agent. DESCRIPTION This position is held on the road with a lot of driving involved on a daily basis (after a trial period you'll be driving a company car). It consists of assisting in property management activities such as: \\- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections \\- Conduct annual and semi-annul property inspections \\- Take listing photos \\- Post notices on doors \\- Make key copies \\- Install/remove lockboxes \\- Install/remove for rent signs \\- Run errands as needed \\- Prepare detailed property and inspection reports \\- Upload property photos SALARY $16/hour HOURS Monday to Friday from 9am - 5:30pm MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION: \\- Valid driver's license \\- Good driving record \\- Must pass background check QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR: \\- Dependability \\- Strong attention to detail \\- Great communicator \\- Real estate photography is a PLUS \\- Real estate license or experience is a PLUS \\- Property management experience is a PLUS APPLY TODAY!
