Key Responsibilities

Maintain a thorough understanding of the products in the department to provide informed suggestions.
Navigate the store layout efficiently to assist customers in finding products.
Adhere to company standards for merchandise presentation and inventory management.
Stay informed on current promotions and seasonal advertisements.
Monitor inventory conditions and report discrepancies.
Work within scheduled operating hours.
Showcase your creativity in merchandising.
Ensure products are displayed according to company policies.
Perform cashier duties as needed.
Follow guidelines for customer service, labor control, and safety regulations.
Promote safety by identifying and reporting any unsafe conditions.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Notify management immediately about customer or employee accidents.
Report any safety risks or illegal activities such as theft.
Perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

Previous retail experience is preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to communicate in a second language is a plus.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Basic math skills are required.
Capability to manage stressful situations effectively.
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
