WAVERLY STAGING + DESIGN: FIELD ASSISTANT The Field Assistant supports all processes & procedures in the day to day operations of the company and in the field. To succeed in the FA role, you will need to excel in these skill sets: Exceptional organization and time-management skills Ability to be flexible and embrace shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who can take initiative and problem-solve while on-the-go Excellent written and oral communications Comfortable and able to maintain a positive perspective in a fast-paced environment Be proactive, finding ways to assist with all operations Strong MS Office Suite program skills Experience in Google Admin Suite (email, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets.) RESPONSIBILITIES: Report to Project Manager(s) and Field Team, assisting with tasks as needed Including: Assist Project Manager with implementation and management of all PM tasks as needed Work directly with Project Manager(s) to assist and coordinate stagings and breakdowns Work on Sales Orders and all inventory management with Project Mgr(s,) Field, and WH Crew Support management of office calendars and coordination of scheduling client meetings and staging installations Support all staging Logistics as needed Update & organize shared docs, folders, spreadsheets, etc. Answers to the following hypothetical scenario questions: a) You’re at a staging and a piece of furniture arrives damaged.
