Guests will comment and feel that our properties, grounds, and amenities are in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. Work with the supervisor, manager and director to provide ongoing skills-based training and coaching for housekeepers. Work to critically think through issues and identify the best outcome. Help team members to prioritize and utilize available resources to deliver the brand standard. Prefer experience working in a guest service focused role.
