Geskus Photography is a growing school photography company dedicated to capturing meaningful memories for students, families, and schools. We’re looking for a people-focused Human Resource Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment and enjoys supporting a creative, mission-driven team. What You’ll Do • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership and employees on all HR matters • Lead recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding for both full-time and seasonal staff • Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters • Administering our HRIS systems, helping with time management, and payroll • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and training programs • Support company culture initiatives and employee engagement efforts • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of HR experience (experience in a seasonal or multi-location workforce is a plus) • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working with a diverse team of creative, photographers, and operations staff • HR certification (SHRM, HRCI) preferred Why You’ll Love Working Here • Being part of a collaborative, family-oriented company • Play a key role in shaping a positive and supportive workplace culture • Competitive pay and benefits • Opportunity to grow with a company that values people as much as performance
