Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Performs and coordinates all general maintenance of the facility, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and painting. Qualifications for this position include: • Certified in HVAC with a minimum of 3 years of service experience, strong electrical skills, plumbing, carpentry, etc. • Certified pool operator or the ability to obtain the CPO certification.
