The business photographs high volume sports and dance along with high school seniors, families and headshots in the Richmond, Virginia area.Job SummaryThe Photographer will work directly with the owner to photograph children ages 3-18 in sports and/or dance. We will train; however, you must already know how to use a DSLR or Mirrorless camera and also have a strong knowledge of photographing kids. We will provide a camera for you to use. You must either include your website or Instagram handle.ResponsibilitiesManage and execute photography sessions as scheduledMaintain a premier customer experience for all participantsConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skillsQualificationsExperience and proficiency using DSLR or Mirrorless cameraExcellent communication & organization skillsPositive attitude and a strong ability to build relationshipsAbility to work a varied schedule including some afternoons, nights and weekendsMust be able to pass a National Criminal Background CheckMeasures of SuccessHigh quality of photosPositive feedback from clients, organizations and studiosConsistent punctuality and dependability
