Small exterior remodeling company is looking for a candidate for our in-house Production Assistant. This position is responsible for • Small window and door installation • Small roof repairs • Small siding repairs • Company Service Calls • Carpentry work such as fascia and soffit repair • Small deck and railing installation and repairs • Assist Production Driver as needed • Maintain tools and trucks • Keeping shop, vehicles, and jobsites clean • Workshop cleaning, organization, and inventory • On-site crew assistance and supervision • Job site photography This position is a full time 40 hour a week position, 52 weeks a year, regardless of workflow. Typical Hours are 7:30am to 4pm Monday through Friday All tools, trucks, fuel, and equipment for all jobs will be provided by Sunset Ridge Exteriors except for tool belt and belt tools. • Problem Solving Skills / Ability to think outside the box • Carpentry / Home Remodeling experience • Valid Driver’s License The ideal candidate would also possess the following qualifications (preferred but not required). • Superior communication skills • Creativity with repair solutions • Bi-lingual (Spanish) • Extensive carpentry experience Starting Wage: $20 - $25 based on experience and qualifications
