Position Overview

The In-House Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality photography and video content across all FCM Hospitality properties. This role will travel between venues, capturing everything from food and cocktails to live entertainment, nightlife, private events, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, Social Media Manager, and Graphic Designer, the Content Creator will develop engaging content that drives brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue.

This position requires creativity, flexibility, and the ability to work evenings and weekends to capture live events and the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Photography

Capture professional food & beverage photography
Photograph live entertainment and special events
Lifestyle photography featuring guests and venue atmosphere
Interior and exterior venue photography
Staff and chef portraits
Private event photography
Seasonal campaign photography

Videography

Produce high quality long-form video content for our websites and social media pages
Capture event highlights and nightlife experiences
Film behind-the-scenes content
Create promotional videos for new menu items, seasonal campaigns, and venue activations
Capture interviews with chefs, bartenders, DJs, musicians, and team members
Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment as needed

Editing & Content Production

Edit photos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
Edit engaging short-form videos optimized for each platform
Maintain a consistent visual style across all FCM Hospitality brands
Deliver edited assets on deadline

Collaboration

Work closely with the Social Media Manager to support the content calendar
Partner with the Graphic Designer to provide creative assets for campaigns
Assist with creative planning and brainstorming for upcoming promotions and seasonal campaigns

Event Coverage

This role will regularly capture content at:

Live music performances
Food and Beverage
DJ nights
Sporting events and watch parties
Seasonal activations
Holiday events
Grand openings
Private events
Promotional campaigns

Qualifications

Required

2+ years of professional photography and videography experience
Strong portfolio showcasing photography and short-form video
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) or equivalent editing software
Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Strong understanding of visual storytelling
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Basic knowledge of lighting and audio equipment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between venues

Preferred

Hospitality, restaurant, nightlife, or event industry experience
Experience flying drones
Basic knowledge of lighting and audio equipment

Schedule

This position requires flexibility and will include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on programming and events. Weekly schedules will vary depending on venue needs and campaign priorities.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
