Independent Record Label Assistant /Intern

NEXGEN MUSIC GROUP (Est. The successful candidate(s) will be given a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience of working within a modern- day independent record label, while assisting in areas such as business administration, marketing, promotion, licensing and publishing, event planning, public relations, and a variety of other administrative and hands-on tasks. ; artist management and A&R;, music licensing and publishing (TV, film, soundtrack, compilation);music PR, marketing and social media; radio and broadcast; creative design (graphics, illustration, web design, photography, video production, etc.). **High-level Position Responsibilities:** **Label Operations** – assist with a variety of day-to-day operations, such as general administration, music licensing and publishing, release management, digital aggregation, audio editing, legal, etc. **Public Relations** – liaising with third-party PR firms and managing PR campaigns, sourcing campaign/promotional content from artists and other related duties as required.
