Inside Sales & Customer Service Associate – Printing & Photography

Image Pro International is looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing Inside Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our Miami team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who has some experience with customer service, call centers, inside sales, CRM systems, order processing, photography, graphic arts, or printing and wants to develop into a professional B2B sales role.

You do not need to have experience in all of these areas.

We are particularly interested in candidates who enjoy technology, photography, fine art, graphic design, printing, or working with creative professionals.

Image Pro International has served the professional printing industry for more than 25 years. We work with photographers, artists, print shops, sign companies, schools, universities, government organizations, corporations, and other professional customers.

What you will do

You will work with our sales and management team and gradually learn all aspects of our business, including:

Answering incoming customer calls and emails.
Making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Following up with customers who have requested pricing or information.
Introducing Image Pro to new businesses.
Updating customer information and sales activities in our CRM.
Following leads and maintaining scheduled follow-ups.
Preparing quotations and assisting customers with orders.
Entering and processing customer orders.
Following up on open quotations and opportunities.
Assisting with accounts receivable and customer-payment follow-up.
Working with QuickBooks for basic customer, invoice, and order information.
Helping customers select printers, ink, media, canvas, fine-art paper and related products.
Learning about professional photography, fine-art reproduction and large-format printing.
Coordinating with manufacturers and vendors when necessary.
Assisting with our e-commerce stores and online product information.
Supporting sales campaigns, promotions and customer outreach.

As you gain experience, you will begin managing your own customers and sales opportunities.

The person we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is:

Comfortable speaking on the telephone.
Friendly and professional with customers.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Organized and good at following up.
Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
Curious and willing to learn technical products.
Reliable and punctual.
Able to communicate professionally by email.
Interested in developing a career rather than simply finding another temporary job.

Experience that would be especially valuable

QuickBooks
Retail or customer service
Photography
Fine art
Graphic design
Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
Large-format printing
Sign or print shops
Epson, Canon or HP professional printers
Shopify or e-commerce
Order processing
Bilingual English/Spanish

Printing experience is NOT required

We will provide training.

Someone with a photography, art, graphic-design, retail, call-center, or customer-service background who is comfortable talking to people may be an excellent fit.

Compensation

I would use your existing salary range here, but I would present it as:

Base salary + commissions + performance bonuses

Then list the actual base salary range in Indeed so candidates know exactly what to expect.
