A family‑owned studio in Colorado Springs specializing in heirloom‑quality family and children's fairy portraiture for over 15 years.
Role Summary
Pure closing role: Meet with clients immediately after their portrait session, present images, discuss sizing/finishing options, and close the sale in one 45‑60 minute appointment. Appointments are pre‑set (no cold calling, no chasing leads, no follow‑ups). Expect back‑to‑back clients, up to 8 sessions per day.

Schedule (Full‑time With Benefits)
• Sunday–Tuesday: 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Availability to occasionally cover other shifts (Thu–Sun)
What to Expect Day‑to‑Day
• Present stunning portraits from the just‑completed session and guide clients through product options (prints, wall art, albums, etc.)
• Deliver a consultative, soft‑sell experience focused on emotional connection and value – no high‑pressure tactics
• Handle high‑volume days with poise and efficiency
• Participate in ongoing sales training and team development

Compensation & Benefits
• Base pay: $18 per hour
• Realistic earnings: $80,000–$120,000+ annually + uncapped commission + monthly incentives
• In‑person office position at our studio, NOT remote
