Compensation

Base $21/hour ($43,680/year)

Incentive Opportunities

Total Earning Potential: $68,880-$93,000+/year Top Performers: Earn $2,100+ per month in incentives! Medium Performers: Earn $800+ per month in incentives. No Cap! The more you achieve, the more you earn!

Responsibilities

Engage potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, focusing exclusively on warm leads no cold calling.Leverage your communication skills to secure bookings and achieve specific targets within our studio schedule.Contribute to client satisfaction by fostering long-lasting relationships.We seek upbeat individuals who are confident in setting appointments and excel at building connections over the phone.You'll work with a supportive in-house team, receiving daily and weekly training to help you meet and exceed your goals
