**Insomnia Cookies** is presently seeking a freelance **Graphic Designer** to join our Creative Team. This position is based remote, provides a flexible schedule and would entail 30-40 hrs of work a week. As a Graphic Designer, you are responsible for helping to support creative strategy and visual identity for our rapidly-growing brand through print, digital, experiential and social mediums. You have a love for branding, design, advertising, and content creation, as well as having a finger on the pulse of pop-culture and social media. _Requirements:_ • 4+ years of graphic design and/or creative experience • Ability to think conceptually • Ability to clearly visually communicate ideas • An eye for the bigger picture, and the smallest details • Working knowledge or Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Social Applications • Some knowledge of photography and videography • Some copy writing experience and ability • A self-starter with ability to work on deadlines and self-manage projects • Ability to take criticisms in order to reach brand goals • Able to work to ensure the job is complete to fullest ability • Must be willing to work in a team environment • Work in conjunction with marketing team to fulfill needs of the brand • Ability to multi-task and prioritize jobs • A hunger to succeed and even a bigger hunger for the best cookies on planet Earth Additional skills that will be helpful: _Animation, Proactivity, People Oriented, Growth Oriented, and Results Oriented, Working knowledge of UX, Digital Design_ _About Us:_ Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm room in 2003 at the University of Pennsylvania, by then student, Seth Berkowitz and we have been feeding the insatiable hunger of our fans ever since.
