Accountability: The installation manager serves as the leader of the installation/service dept. This includes the maintaining of a well-trained, well equipped installation force. Job Duties: • Installation and Service Management/Project Coordination • Quality Assurance • Scheduling • Employee Training • Safety Management • Vehicle Maintenance Qualifications: • Experience in the installation of shutters, railing and awnings preferred • Problem solving/mechanically inclined • A solid knowledge of reading blueprints • Excellent in communication • Be able to understand the engineering relating to our products • A solid knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel, and Outlook • The ability to work with digital photography
