This is a technical support position - not a graphic design position, although familiarity with graphic design applications, terminology and equipment is required. Job Responsibilities - including, but not limited to: • Provide hardware and software troubleshooting and support for students and faculty within the Visual Communications department. • Manage inventory control of the equipment such as hardware and software within instructional and office spaces. • Provide recommendations by researching solutions for purchasing of the department's hardware and software needs as well as maintaining current licenses for all departmental software. • Provide technology training on classroom equipment and instructional software for faculty maintained by the Visual Communications Department.
