Neil Asher Photography is the architectural photography division of PHASETWO, a creative services firm located in Charlotte, NC focused on supporting the AECO industry.

Role Description
This is a per-project, per hour, on-site role with projects in Charlotte, and possibly Charleston. The Interior Designer / Photography Assistant will support architectural photo shoots by assisting with space planning, staging interiors, and coordinating furnishings, fixtures, and equipment to enhance visual impact. This position as may also require being used as a model (with others) in the photographs posing in shots to add life to the images.

Qualifications

Interior design and space planning skills, with the ability to organize and stage spaces for photography.
Understanding of architecture and construction drawings to interpret design concepts and project intent.
Experience with FF&E selection and coordination to support cohesive visual presentations.
Strong visual and spatial awareness, with attention to detail in composition, color, and materiality.
Ability to collaborate effectively with photographers, designers, and project stakeholders on-site.
Comfort working in active construction or post-construction environments and adapting to changing site conditions.
Relevant education or training in interior design, architecture, or a related field preferred.
Reliable transportation within the Charlotte Metro area and flexibility for on-site scheduling.
Must be comfortable lifting and moving furniture/equipment (up to ~40–50 lbs).
