Intern for fashion start-up

I want to offer an internship position in a fashion start-up with potential employment in six months. They are very different skills to learn; designing and enginery of clothing and handbags, pattern making, sewing and cutting, working with leather, fashion photography, editing pictures and social media campaigns for fashion. To apply for the internship, you need to know two of the above skills, even at the basic level. This position is 20-40 hours per week, but the more you can dedicate more you will learn.
