Pay Rate: $7.25/hour Responsibilities Capture photos and videos during home games and special events Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and other social media platforms Assist with live game-day coverage and fan engagement initiatives Capture behind-the-scenes content featuring players, promotions, and ballpark experiences Help develop creative content ideas that enhance the fan experience Assist the marketing team with content planning and execution Maintain a professional and positive representation of the RailRiders brand Real-world experience working in professional sports Opportunities to build a content portfolio Hands-on experience with social media strategy and content creation Networking opportunities within the sports industry Behind-the-scenes access to game-day operations
