Exercises independent judgment and discretion in work performed. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, and policies of Willis Automotive.Duties and Responsibilities:Write short new and pre-owned vehicle descriptions for our websitesUpload digital vehicle photos to our online inventory toolUtilize daily data feeds to analyze and track trending successful vehicle photos and descriptions in order to improve response ratesMaintain photography and vehicle sticker suppliesEngage with sales team in order to provide maximum results from our online presenceWhat we need from you:High school diploma or equivalent requiredWriting skills: Ability to write vehicle descriptions in a professional manner and utilize accurate AP styleComputer skills: Able to learn quickly and use uploader tool for website merchandising, manufacturer websites, proficient in MS Office, and basic photo/video editing knowledgeTime Management: Able to consistently meet daily deadlines for vehicle descriptions and photo/video uploadsGeneral Business: efficient in scheduling/prioritizing tasks and communicating updates as necessary, able to multitask multiple projects
