Company Description: Retail Company Location: New York, New York Responsibilities: Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues Monitor, manage and document Ticket Resolution system and process; Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, and repair networks, servers, software, workstations, POS systems, and mobile devices Communicate with vendors and their help desks as needed Setup, replace, and upgrade PC Hardware in the field and corporate office Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes Requirement: 3 plus years of help desk or field service experience required 1 or more years of network/systems administration Proactive and reliable person, self-started, capable of working independently and as part of a team Passionate about technology and customer service Expectation of On-Call availability Customer Service Mentality JBCStyle is the leading full-service search firm owning the niche industry of fashion recruitment.
