If you’d like tojoin our energetic team as we make a difference in hundreds of children’slives each month, send us your resume!DutiesOur Studio Photographer will be:Calling parents before the session to create excitement for the experienceSetting up the lighting and the shooting space/studio before sessionsSkillfully photographing children and families, capturing unique moments and expressions while delivering 5-star customer service.Processing the images post-session in a timely manner for the sales teamExecuting sessions as part of the Fairy Team (on Fairytale Experience days), making children see how special they are, and helping parents feel cared for.Participating in off-site business functions, acting as a brand ambassador.CompetenciesOur Studio photographer will demonstrate:Attention to detail to ensure elevated image qualityConfidence—with a natural boldness and ability to lead, to be in chargeIntuition—possesses an ability to see a moment about to happenEfficiency—is able to get expected results in a short amount of timePersistence—demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to produce the necessary imagesProactivity—acts without being told what to do, brings new ideas to the companySensitivity—has an ability to discern parents’ and children’s dispositions and concerns and knows how to communicate with them to help them feel relaxed (using instinctive feeling rather than conscious reasoning)Teachability—is able to receive frequent constructive criticism and feedback; willingness to learnTeamwork—reaches out to peers and supervisors to communicate; ability and desire to work as part of a team towards a common visionPersonality and humor—comes with an ability to “entertain” and engage children and their families in order to gain their trust and secure natural expressions for the imagesEnthusiasm—generates excitement and passion about the workWould you love giving children and their families an inspiring experience and a portrait that could shape their lives and how they see their relationships?
