Pay is negotiable and definitely commensurate on experience and the amount of production you can accomplish in an hour. but that will be a bonus, I’m not going to try and pay you in jewelry. I’m willing to offer a certain amount of training/teaching around jewelry production to the right person, but I’m not willing to take on someone with zero jeweler’s experience or knowledge, you will absolutely have to know how to solder with a torch! You’ll need to know how to work with a variety of metals. The cover letter can be typed directly into the body of the email, I’m not super formal
