Junior Photographer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Photographer to support a fast-paced commercial photography studio producing high-volume e-commerce and marketing imagery. This role assists with product preparation, capture execution, file handling, color accuracy, and maintaining studio standards across multiple home furnishings and décor product categories.This position is ideal for someone early in their photography career who wants hands‑on experience in professional commercial photography and high-volume studio production.ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality product images following established studio standards and shot listsAssist with studio setup, lighting adjustments, and equipment preparationPrepare products for photography, including styling, steaming, cleaning, and positioningExecute consistent framing, composition, focus, exposure, and colorFollow established naming conventions and file organization proceduresPerform basic color correction and image reviewExport and deliver image files according to production requirementsMaintain production schedules and meet daily output expectationsSupport the capture of multiple shot types, including product, detail, overhead, and lifestyle imageryAssist with set changes and the movement of merchandiseIdentify image quality issues and elevate when neededMaintain studio cleanliness and organizationCollaborate with photographers, stylists, retouchers, and production teamsRequired Qualifications 0–2 years of photography experience through commercial work, studio work, internships, freelance work, or educationBasic understanding of camera operation, exposure, focus, and compositionFamiliarity with lighting fundamentalsExperience with image editing software preferredAbility to follow documented workflows and standardsStrong attention to detail and consistencyComfortable standing, lifting, and moving products throughout the dayAbility to work efficiently and meet production deadlinesPreferred Qualifications Experience with studio strobe lightingFamiliarity with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture OneProduct photography or e-commerce experienceKnowledge of color management and basic retouchingExperience working in a high-volume production environmentSuccess in This RoleLearns new workflows and processes quicklyMaintains accurate file organization and namingMeets productivity expectations while maintaining quality standardsDemonstrates reliability, initiative, and strong attention to detailTo ApplyPlease submit a resume and portfolio or samples of your photography work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
