As Assistant Local Manager, you will work alongside our Local Manager as you lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals. Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policiesAssist LM with preparations for the opening day including hiring completion, inventories, equipment setup/testing, staff scheduling and training, and learning proper opening/closing proceduresTake photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take homeAddress and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recoveryLead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by senior managementTroubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when neededAssist Local Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training and/or recruitingAll other duties as assignedWhat We\'re Looking For: Our mission is simple: to bring magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime.
