Visual Content Producer – PhotographyMarketing DepartmentExemptThe Visual Content Producer – Photography is responsible for planning, capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality photography that supports Lakewood Church’s global marketing, branding, and storytelling efforts. The Visual Content Producer works closely with the Senior Digital Producer, Director of Branding, Marketing team, and other ministry partners to deliver compelling visual content that supports Lakewood Church, Joel Osteen Ministries, Lakewood Music, Youth, and other ministry areas.This position reports directly to the Senior Digital Producer.Essentials Job FunctionsProduction Planning & Creative DirectionLead photography projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with campaign goalsCollaborate with the Senior Digital Producer, Director of Branding, Marketing team, and ministry partners to develop visual concepts, shot direction, and creative strategiesPlan pre‑production needs, including creative briefs, mood boards, shot lists, scheduling, location scouting, and resource coordinationEstablish production timelines and coordinate necessary resources to support successful project executionPhotography Execution & On‑Set DirectionCapture high‑quality photography for campaigns, events, editorial needs, digital platforms, ministry initiatives, and live experiencesDirect subjects, environments, lighting, and composition to create strong visual storytellingOperate professional camera systems and apply advanced knowledge of exposure, lighting, color, lensing, and compositionMake real‑time creative and technical decisions during shoots to ensure final images meet expectationsMaintain organized, professional, and efficient shoot environmentsEdit, retouch, color correct, and process images using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and related toolsPrepare and export final assets for print, web, social media, LED walls, and other digital platformsOrganize, archive, and maintain photography assets according to established workflowsEnsure final deliverables meet brand standards, technical requirements, and project timelinesProject & Workflow ManagementManage multiple photography projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlinesCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, freelancers, photographers, and support staff to ensure smooth production executionMaintain photography equipment, production resources, and asset management processesFollow established workflows, best practices, and department standards for all photography productionPerform other related duties as assignedMinisterial DutiesAs an employee of Lakewood Church, you are part of a 60+ year legacy of faith. You are responsible for communicating the Church’s beliefs and mission to our congregants, maintaining a lifestyle consistent with the Scriptures, and are required to belong to the Church as part of our faith community.This will include:Regular attendance at Church services and classesServing as a Prayer Partner or as a volunteer in any ministry of the ChurchServing the community through local outreaches when needed by the ChurchQualificationsUncompromised commitment to Lakewood Church’s vision, mission, values, and core beliefsDemonstrated Christ‑like character with professional appearance and conductExtensive experience in professional photography, including commercial, marketing, editorial, campaign, and event photographyStrong ability to plan and execute photography productions from start to finishAdvanced knowledge of lighting, composition, visual storytelling, exposure, color, and lensingProficiency with professional camera systems, including Canon, Sony, Hasselblad, or similar systemsExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Lightroom and PhotoshopStrong project management, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to direct shoots and manage on‑set operations in a professional and efficient mannerExperience working within brand guidelines for large organizations or high‑visibility brandsAbility to guide photographers, freelancers, support staff, and other creative contributors as neededStrong collaboration and communication skills across teams, departments, and ministry partnersKnowledge of asset management, file organization, and photography workflow systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environmentAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, Sundays, and live events as requiredPhysical ability to stand, move, lift, carry, and transport photography equipment for extended periodsEducation & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of professional photography production experience, including marketing, campaign, and event photographyBachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Communications, Media Studies, or related field preferredEquivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of a degree#J-18808-Ljbffr
