• About us Eye Wander Photo has a rich 22 year history in the photography industry in Baton Rouge with a small staff of under 8 full-time employees. -Manage Studio Production including but not limited to: • Daily organization of outstanding tasks according to the Eye Wander deliverable timeframes • Delegation of large editing projects and outstanding tasks to the editing/graphic design team and outsource partners • Ensuring orders and edits are completed accurately and in a timely manner • Communicating with clients on all information related to edit and print deliverables • Review editing/graphic design quality to ensure it meets the Eye Wander standard • Communicating with Eye Wander leadership team on the current status of edit/order/graphic design tasks • Review incoming print orders for quality control • Research/communicate and implement new technologies to ensure Eye Wander is functioning as effectively as possible. -Photo Editing including but not limited to: • -Color Correction of raw files in Adobe Photoshop Camera Raw/ Lightroom CC Classic • -Editing down (Culling) photo sessions • -Upload client photos to online ordering gallery • -Advanced product and skin retouching • -Place orders at photo labs online including tracking order status • -Manage image files on server • -Delivering final product to clients via dropbox and other methods • -Regularly update clients on status of orders • -Downsize photos for web • other in-office duties which vary from time to time* Position calls for a person
