Vidsmart Media is a real estate media company serving luxury listings in Naples and Southwest Florida. As you prove yourself in the field and demonstrate strong client instincts, you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional paid responsibilities that go well beyond shooting: • Direct communication with real estate agents — becoming their primary point of contact • Scheduling coordination with our production team • Video planning and creative direction for client campaigns • Client relationship management and account growth • Operational oversight as the company scales This is a real path. Starting Rate: $20–$25/hour for on-site production work, based on experience You want to be part of building a business, not just servicing one.
